Ekalavya Training Centre (ETC)

Activities are taken up to realise a common goal, namely, transformation of the social order
so that everyone can flourish as equal human beings without any discrimination or injustice.
This is a challenging process and there is need to build up the capacities of people to take
forward these processes. ETC was initiated from the beginning to take care of the training
needs of the staff, activists, leaders and people. It has also the responsibility of carrying
forward the PARA vision / understanding of change and accompanying the various change
agents.
